WELCOME

Hi, I’m Adam.

I’ve always been interested in helping people find their light.

For years, I studied passion, motivation, and what helps people come alive. I even wrote my master’s thesis trying to understand how people find their passions and then the courage to take those bold, uncertain leaps. And still, I hesitated. I played it safe. I wondered if it was too late, too risky, or too selfish to want more.

After nearly a decade, I finally stepped into the unknown and (I kid you not) everything shifted.

Over the years since, I’ve built a life rooted in creative work and human connection. I’ve lived my dream performing as an actor and musician in NYC and across the country. I’ve spoken to students, educators, and leaders about purpose, courage, and staying with what matters. And I’ve coached artists, creatives, and professionals who are ready to move with more clarity, steadiness, and trust in themselves.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: sometimes we don’t need to be fixed - we just need a place to return to ourselves.

That’s what this Studio is for, and I’m glad you found yourself here.

I literally cannot wait to hear your story,

Short Bio

Adam LaSalle is an actor, musician, speaker, coach, and educational consultant whose career reflects the creative reinvention he encourages in others. After beginning his professional life in education - working with Teach For America and leading arts institutions - Adam transitioned into a full-time performing career spanning television, film, music, and theatre.

His credits include NBC's “Chicago Fire,” Off-Broadway's Spamilton as King George, and leading roles in regional productions of 2 Pianos 4 Hands, Little Shop of Horrors, Elf the Musical, and more. He's a multi-instrumentalist (voice, piano, guitar, bass, ukelele, percussion) and voice-over artist for national brands like McDonald's.

Alongside his creative work, Adam is a trusted coach, curriculum designer, and facilitator for leading coaching and educational organizations. Through The Adam LaSalle Studio, he supports artists, creatives, educators, and leaders in aligning their work with their values, building sustainable momentum, and staying connected to what matters most.

At the heart of everything he does is a simple belief: meaningful lives are built not by becoming someone else, but by returning - again and again - to who we already are.
